Welcome to your last newsletter for 2019. You will hear from me again in February 2020. In the meantime, the OCNZ Executive Committee would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
OCNZ Executive Committee
Earlier in the year there was a postal ballot to elect the new executive committee who took office from the close of the National Expo. I am pleased to advise you that your executive committee is:
President: Margaret Lomas; Vice-Presidents: Glenys MacRae and Allan Rae; Secretary: Jeanette Hewer; Treasurer: Chris Hubbert; Committee: Joy Hopson, Gillian Lyster, Keith Smart, Anton Wehman, Bryan Sutherland. Margaret Lomas has been appointed to continue in the role of chairing the Committee on Awards for another year.
Congratulations everyone and welcome back Anton after a two-year break. We also welcome Bryan who is on the OCNZ Executive for the first time.
Please remember to submit your articles and advertisements by February for inclusion in the 2020 Yearbook. Email items to Jeanette.
We recently put an information sheet on the OCNZ website, in the newsletter section, which gives an overview of the steps to take when importing flasks into New Zealand. The information sheet directs the reader to the relevant pages on the MPI website and gives some links to other useful websites. Read the sheet here (opens as a pdf).
